“When it comes to Asian ingredients, I enjoy the spiciness, freshness and of course the endless combinations,” says Julian Cohen, group food and beverage manager for Thai Africa Restaurants (011 789 1972). Here’s his menu for an exotic oriental feast
- 4 cans Lipton Peach Iced Tea
- 12 tots vodka
- 6 tots Monin Spicy Syrup
- orange slices, to serve (optional)
1. Blend all the ingredients together and pour into a jug over ice.
2. Strain into martini glasses and garnish with a twist of sliced orange, if desired.
Cook’s tip: For a Virgin Peach Martini, hold the vodka.
This recipe makes about 12 cocktails.
