• 2 litres sparkling water
  • ½ cup honey
  • 16 limes (juiced)
  • 6 limes (sliced)
  • 2 cups mint leaves, sliced
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 4 cups ice cubes


  1. Juice the limes and whizz lightly together with the mint leaves, honey and a splash of water, set aside.
    2. Slice the remaining limes, mix together with the ice and mint mixture, top up with sparkling water.
    3. Pour into a jug and serve.

Cook’s tip! Adults could add a tot of rum to the ice before topping up with the virgin mixture.
