NEW YEAR COCKTAIL

These canapes and other treats from Netflorist are perfect for dinner parties

INGREDIENTS

  • 30ml Brandy
  • 90ml Ruby Port
  • 90ml Orange Juice
  • 500ml Sparkling Wine or Champagne

METHOD

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Pour the brandy, port and orange juice in the cocktail shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into a champagne flute.
  5. Top with sparkling wine or champagne.
  6. Serve.
