Easy to make bite-sized snacks for a relaxed day at home. Try these delicious Marshmallow treats!

- 200 g butter
- 38 g canned sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- 3 ¾ cups plain sweet biscuit crumbs
- 300 g pink and white marshmallow
- 1 ½ cups desiccated coconut
METHOD FOR MARSHMALLOW TREATS
STIR butter, condensed milk, sugar, sifted cocoa and vanilla together in a pot over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in biscuit crumbs. Cool to room temperature.
WITH damp hands, roll three heaped teaspoons of biscuit crumb mixture around each marshmallow. Press them firmly to enclose marshmallows. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.
ROLL balls in coconut, then place on trays to firm up.
