100% SOUTH AFRICAN MARINADE

This delicious marinade is made using ALL GOLD tomato sauce, if you want to turn up the heat use the all new Hot & Spicy version. Meat should be marinated in this mouth-watering mix for three to four hours before braaing. Your guests will come back for more, so be sure to prepare enough

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup ALL GOLD Tomato Sauce
  • 50ml Holbrooks Worcestershire Sauce
  • 50ml Mrs Ball’s Original Chutney
  • 1t Aromat
  • 1t Vinegar
  • 1 can Ginger beer
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

METHOD

Mix all the ingredients together. Marinate the meat for 3-4 hours. The recipe works well on chicken, ribs, lamb or steak.
