- dry white wine
- lemonade or soda water
- cucumber ribbons and fresh mint leaves, to garnish
1. To make each cocktail: place 1 part ice into a long glass, add 1 part dry white wine and top up with lemonade or soda water.
2. Garnish with cucumber ribbons threaded onto a toothpick and fresh mint leaves.
Adjust the volume of the ingredients depending on how many cocktails you’d like to make.
