Perfect for an afternoon braai with loved ones, these delicious lamb cutlets offer just the right amount of kick.

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 lamb cutlets
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

For the marinade

  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy
  • 2 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

 

METHOD

1. Mix the marinade ingredients, then use to coat the cutlets. Cover and leave in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
2. Grill on the braai for 10 minutes until desired doneness.
3 Sprinkle with the sesame seeds to serve.

TOP TIP

Serve these cutlets with a couscous salad. Combine 100 g (dry weight) cooked couscous, 10 ha;ved cherry tomatoes, 1 finely chopped red chilli, small bunch finely chopped parsley, 3 preserved lemons (flesh removed and finely chopped), juice of 1 lemon and 3 tbsp olive oil. Season and enjoy!
