INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tot vodka
  • 100ml cranberry juice
  • fresh mint
  • crushed ice
  • sparkling mineral water
  • strawberries and cucumber, to garnish

METHOD

1. Pour the vodka into a tall glass. Add the cranberry juice, a few sprigs of fresh mint, crushed ice and top up with sparkling mineral water.
2. For the garnish, use a vegetable peeler to make ribbons from the cucumber; thread these along with a few strawberries onto a wooden skewer.
