- 2 bottles Savannah
- 1 litre apple juice
- 2T honey
- few cloves
- pinch allspice
- zest of 1 orange
- zest and juice of 1 lemon
- few cinnamon sticks, star anise and lemon wedges, to garnish
1. Place all the ingredients in a pot, reserving a little orange and lemon zest. Heat the mixture until almost boiling.
2. Strain and serve in glasses garnished with cinnamon sticks, star anise, orange and lemon zest and lemon wedges.
This recipe serves 6 – 8.
