Avocados have become kitchen essentials recently, used on everything from health bowls to burgers. But nothing beats one of the most classic uses for these fruits – guacamole. Try this loaded recipe packed with fresh ingredients, perfect for your next nacho evening.

Ingredients:

  • 3 whole avocados
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 1 small roma tomato, diced
  • 1 bunch coriander, chopped
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt & pepper
  • Feta (optional)
  • Toasted pine nuts (optional)
  • Bacon bits (optional)

Steps:

  • Slice the avocados and mash until creamy but not completely combined. 
  • Stir in onions, tomatoes, coriander, cumin and salt and pepper. Cover with lime juice and stir again to combine.
  • Now for the loaded part – transfer to a large decorative bowl and top with feta, toasted pine nuts, bacon bits and a sprinkle of additional coriander. 
  • Serve with a side of nacho chips for the ultimate party snack.
