“The advantage of working with a neutral space is that you can create just about any look you want,” says Glynis. “So we went for a modern take on the traditional Christmas decor elements of candles and trees.”
“As Christmas falls in summer, we wanted to use the natural textures appropriate for celebrations at the beach or in the country,” Glynis explains. Embossed plastic cutlery and a loosely woven linen table runner further complement the composition of interesting textures that deck the contemporary metal-clad table.
The finishing touch is provided by beautifully wrapped gifts at each setting, with spray-painted seed pods as decoration and copper wire as ribbon. “What better way to add festive sparkle to your table and leave your guests feeling extra special,” Glynis says.
